The 2008 racing season is upon us!

Time's are a changin' with Renault F1, new sponsors, new colors, new drivers, and its time for a touch-up of the Renault F1 USA website as well. Feedback has been positive and I'm glad it looks a little more professional. The initial race is less than a month in Oz and the team looks strong.

Goods & Bads

Good: Alonso is back.

Bad: Performance is a little under where it should be, but the Team is working forward!

Good: Piquet is is Alonso's teammate

Bad: Still not running on Michelin's....enough said. Great tire, but maybe the Team will maximize performance with the Bridgestones.

Good: Renault and ING will be doing driver appearances at many of the races (...except the US...boo!). If F1 has a better chance in the States then the drivers need to be more accessible to the fans. We are the ones contributing to their paychecks.

Bad: Did anyone review the new paint scheme BEFORE it went on the car? I like orange, but......Please! we have to look at it a second year?

Good: Flavio is still at the helm and has signed on for quite awhile.
